This looks to be huge news. It will be interesting to see how the FFA hand the votes out if they do. I wouldn't be surprised to see some clubs/areas get more votes than others.

Hilarious point. So the FFA admits them controlling the HAL reduces the value of it.FFA conceded that the A-League must be separated to grow the value of the club licenses and entice more investors and investment from the existing clubs.
I'm sure with such a huge thing like this on the table. I doubt HAL expansion is going to be addressed anytime soon.
