I like the look of Harry Noon for Heidelberg. Skillful and a bit of a hothead too.
Isaias our best, not a great display in general though.
I agree that Mileusnic has been poor aside from the 2 goals!

All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

Crap pitch also.
But team lacks cohesion big time.

So is Blackwood first choice now or what? I don't think we re-signed Baba to be a back-up. I know he's been injured but he has been available the last couple of games.

I wonder if Kurz altered the game plan once AU went 2-0 up? A lot less attacking it felt.

Don't City have 8 ex Adelaide players in the team, Galekovic, Jamieson, Malik, Mauk, La Rocca, Kamau starting, and, Tongyik and Carrusca on the bench

Who knows Baba could have picked up another injury. With the level of coverage on those things we get out of the club he could have had a baby and we wouldn't know.So is Blackwood first choice now or what? It is going to be a fight for Baba to get back into the team but I think he will be our number 1 for most of the season, just needs to get match fit.So is Blackwood first choice now or what? I don't think we re-signed Baba to be a back-up. I know he's been injured but he has been available the last couple of games.

I don't mind the idea of Baba being a big physical presence off the bench (a la classic Timmy C Socceroos role).
Equally happy with him starting. I'm just happy we're starting the season with 2 genuine striking options.

I can't see the board holding their tongues on someone of Baba's wage playing second fiddle to someone of Blackwood's wage. But I to am excited by the prospect of two strikers on offer. The last manager that club had to be that lucky was Kossie mark 2 with Serg and Bruce. Although Serg was in the bad books with Kossie for reasons unknown to all.

Matmour really should be AT LEAST hitting the target 1 on 1...
2017 FFA cup Quarter final - Heidelberg vs AUFC
Matmour seems like a slightly younger, faster Carrusca.
Still goes missing for large chunks of course.

Matmour looks like he really is, a winger, I am a bit concerned he is not going to be the number 10 we need.

I thought that too. A faster Chelo. Its his first competitive game. Hard to be too critical at this stage.Matmour seems like a slightly younger, faster Carrusca.
Still goes missing for large chunks of course.

I guess showing glimpses of Carrusca in your first ever match for your new club is a promising sign.Matmour seems like a slightly younger, faster Carrusca.
