It sounds as if it's City, but could be wrong.
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

On the money Old Gregg.
I'm definitely glad we have the owners we do. Sure they're not perfect, but I'd rather this consortium than be in Heart's situation.

Re: Manchester City buy Melbourne Heart
Oh my fucking god! was that really in the paper ??Meanwhile, in the Herald Sun:
Thats disgusting!! The owner of Man City is actually the deputy prime minister of the UAE and a member of the worlds second richest family ... focus on that not his religion.
Look at the way he is portrayed in that pic as if he is some kind of evil tyrant.
When the Bakrie's took a controlling share share of Brisbane was there any mention of their religion ? The bakries being muslims ( i believe ) and being from south east asia where ( so i have read ) there is the highest concentration of islam in the world ( NOT the middle east ! )
Any man with money who comes from the middle east must be evil right ?
Oil money is evil right ?
Its not like this country is rich due to pot luck of our natural recourses right ? .... oh wait ...
Or am i just being a little over sensitive here ? I just hate how media manipulate peoples thoughts and put subtle racist thoughts into their heads

I reckon almost the worst thing about it (even more than the burqa cheerleaders) is the fact that the cartoonist didn't even bother trying to actually make the guy look like Sheikh Mansour, he just went "arab stereotype... big nose, big lips, beard, teatowel... make him look shady... DONE".
Anyway, a hearty welcome to all our Asian neighbours for the 2015 AFC Cup

I went to a WWII concentration camp in Germany and they had publications of "How to spot a Jew" in the museum. This reminds me much of that.

Re: Manchester City buy Melbourne Heart
I think it's probably the best option for the Heart if they decided to accept this offer over others. I find a lot of the comments about how great it is for the league to be nonsense though and indicative of the 'just happy to be here' attitude that continues to sneak back into the game here. Particularly if FFA management are going to use it as yet another excuse to declare year zero or a 'new era for the game in Australia.'
Man City own 80%, Melbourne Storm or rather the conglomerate that owns and operates the Storm and a bunch of other interests (sporting and non-sporting, ) own 20% and will probably be solely responsible for the day to day operation of the new club.Do man city actually own them or do they share the same investment company
