Ahh good point! I'm not sure...And so he should.
Does he have Yapanesse citizenship? We don't have our asian spot in use for the ACL at the moment.

That makes me tingle in my panties.Free up wages and free up the #10 jersey for the man who it's been kept warm for... Because I've been hearing its not a matter of "If" anymore. It may just be a matter of "when"... and it fingers crosed it might even be sooner than we've all been expecting. But again... Just rumors

I like Issey, could be a good player here... certainly wouldn't hurt to have someone that can play wide
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

If a deal is done before aleague transfer window is shut then we could enter him into our acl squad as our +1

Re: Issey Nakijima-Farran
Which would be weird, because although he has Japanese citizenship he would never qualify to represent an AFC nation internationally.. given that he's been capped at senior level for Canada

Yeah a fair few Aussies have that if Europe. If they hold an EU passport they don't count as part of the non-EU quota.Which would be weird, because although he has Japanese citizenship he would never qualify to represent an AFC nation internationally.. given that he's been capped at senior level for Canada
I'm pretty sure Mark Shwarzer has it.

Can the guy cross the ball so that it arrives in the vicinity of the penalty spot consistently?
If so, he is worth considering.

Re: Issey Nakijima-Farran
Hopefully Japanese, as being Yapese makes you a citizen of the Federated States of Micronesia. Though since FSM has been denied FIFA membership I am not entirely how a footballer from Yap State would be classed. And so he should.
Does he have Yapanesse citizenship? We don't have our asian spot in use for the ACL at the moment.
