I won't be surprised if Issy gets dirty against Sydney - gets that yellow out of the way. I'm sure everyone would rather him miss WSW away than a final.

Re: Finals Scenario
I think we're a chance to beat Sydney.
I expect them to play their best team in the ACL (where they need to win), then rest players against us (where they don't need a result), then back to their full team for the last round (to keep them in match condition, considering it'll be followed by a week off).
And I hope to make the finals match my first away game. (I'm a bit excited about it. )

Re: Finals Scenario
Jets crashing and burning at the final hurdle. Could this be the first Grand Final that doesn't feature 1st and 2nd place?
To be fair the Jets have copped some injuries to key players, lost players to national team duty and a couple of stupid suspensions. Plus selling their best player mid season. They are a fantastic example of being a victim of their own success.

Re: Finals Scenario
Third spot is the one you want. Win the elimination then play newcastle for the gf.

Re: Finals Scenario
Best we can do now is fourth. Which means it is almost certain we will play mvfc either home.or away. Maybe it is better to finish 6th at this point.
Re: RE: Re: Finals Scenario
Meaning we would play City who have had our measure all season. Reckon we're more a chance against MV.Best we can do now is fourth. Which means it is almost certain we will play mvfc either home.or away. Maybe it is better to finish 6th at this point.

Re: RE: Re: Finals Scenario
Would rather finish 5th or 4th. That way if city lose their elimation final and we win ours we then play the Jets instead of Sydney.Best we can do now is fourth. Which means it is almost certain we will play mvfc either home.or away. Maybe it is better to finish 6th at this point.
Plus it keeps the door open a sliver of hosting the GF. Highly unlikely of course but anything can happen in football...
