Seems to have the technique of some of our former no 10s but seems to buzz around a lot more.MAtmour was much more involved in the second half and looks to be a very good player.

did what we had to do and nothing more. Not a good performance but a very good result.
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

Pretty dull game but got the job done on a crap pitch.
Looked much worse than how we played against MV but alas we are through to the semis.
SFC away we will draw. Mark my words.

I think professional would sum up my opinion of that performance. AU offered them few chances while capitalising on a good amount of their own.
Time to Djbate!

A decent result and one that alows us to move forward.
1-1 in the ACL between Urawa & Kawasaki (2-4 aggregate). Kawasaki down to 10 with the second half just kicking off.

I think its always hard playing down leagues. You should win easily and look good doing it but more often than not the scrappiness is contagious.

Love the audacity but if he just uses his left foot that's a goal

I don't know him well enough to know whether this is his intention but I think the defender is expecting a left foot shot and had that covered. The rabona was an element of surprise... or he has no left footLove the audacity but if he just uses his left foot that's a goal

yeah element of surprise can probably justify it !
On an unrelated (and very minor) point, not a huge fan of this kit. White trim looks a bit cheap and the colour of the red isn't deep enough.
