Yep. Not at full strength but I thought all players did their job ok. Blackwood impressed me and Absalonsen looks alright too.All over Red Rover?

Happy just to get through. Very impressed with mostly everyone, especially Absalonsen. Blackwood did well leading the line and the defence was solid.

Team wasn't that sharp at most times but a win is a win and we get to continue playing competitive football till the A-League starts.
Blackwood was was pretty good given we're still in pre-season.

Blackwood has something about him doesn't he! Very excited going into this season with Baba & Blackwood as strike options.
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

Re: 2017 FFA Cup Round 32 AU v Newcastle
Felt we defended too deep last night but that might be just because it's early days with the squad and it's the easiest to coach.
Thought we were really quick on the transition though and with a front line of Blackwood, Absolonsen and Mileusnic it was a pretty effective tactic!
