Go Gue-sung equalized in the 99th minute taking it to extra time and then penalties, where South Korea prevailed. Long game, but South Korea deserved the win.

We have a 3-day additional break to a team that played all the way to penalties. It is an advantage, but the way we are playing.........

Got a mate who's a Spurs fan and usually have a great time ribbing him. Can't bring myself to do it this season. I'm cheering Ange on as well.

Didn’t watch the game (other commitments made a late night or early morning impossible).

Gutted. Really feel for the players. Son is a class above.

I felt really sad afterward, for both the players and Arnold.

Tactically we got it right I thought (as right as we could against a technically stronger opposition).

We have no ball playing mids and so conceded a lot of possession but limited them to 2 shots in 95 minutes when we had 3 or 4 massive chances to kill the game.

Absolutely gutting to cop a late penalty and then we were always up against it with the players on the park (subbed tiring forwards and mids for defenders).

Hurts now but we will be back.
