Don't know if anyone is watching this but Elrich started at RB and is absolutely killing it.
Brother Elrich was very good last night. :D

Leckie also looked good in a more central role. I don't think Burns is up to international standard, tap in aside he fluffed most of his opportunities.

Anyone else think that Australia's game plan went to pieces after Cahill came on?

I am not sure if Timmy is going to be a starter for the bigger games, not if our current crop remain injury free. An impact player off the bench to wreak havoc against top quality opposition is my bet.

Elrich was superb, though in all I don't think Bangladesh did much to test our players.

Perth did a decent job hosting though; plenty of noise.

Pretty happy with how the game went. We didn't get bogged down by a few unlucky chances early on.
Very happy with the make up of the squad now as well.
Only thing I'm missing at this stage is another target up front if Cahill is out. I'd like to see Mitch Duke given another chance since he's doing fairly well in Japan. Also once when Juric starts playing regularly again hopefully he'll be back in the squad too.

Why is Burns in the squad? He's done less than nothing.

The Jordanians seems to have our number when we play them in Amman. Fortunately they are not the greatest travelers so we will need to turn it on back in Oz.

Very average display. Ball movement was way too slow.
We really just played perfectly into their hands.

Surprised Cahill didn't get anything for his shove.
Highlights how lousy the ref was. Not that it effected the result IMO.

He gave their speedy striker a guilt edge chance, that's not nothing

Burns comes on for injured Juric and wins a penalty.

Jedinak scores.

Good question.
