Well the wife said yes.

Once a venue and tickets are released for the Jordan game we will be booking and spending a few weeks in jordan, oman and UAE. Assuming emirates/qantas dont go full retard and jack their prices up to something unreasonable
*sigh* now starts the ignorant islamaphobe comments from family, friends and work collegues
Are they like the people I put up with? Never once stepped outside of the Western World.

Fuck 'em man! Jordan would be awesome. If they're that ignorant, its their loss.

After we get back from Istanbul in a few weeks, my girlfriend and I will be planning our trip to Jordan. I'll have only just gotten back from Australia though so getting vacation when the Socceroos match is on is unlikely.

Oman is also supposed to be awesome. I'd like to drive there from Qatar at some stage. Apparently Saudi transit visas are available for GCC residents so that'll be pretty cool. Just can't take my girlfriend with me haha

Not a bad squad except for Franjic not sure what he's done lately to earn a call up and not sure what Mooy has done wrong lately to miss out.

Hopefully most of the squad will be fairly fresh which they will need for all the travel getting to Kyrgyzstan!

Get in there Tarek!!
Behich is probably going to get the nod at RB but surely Tarek should be second in line. Davidson and Franijc have played bugger all of late.

Why though? Not biased because of Tarek playing for us, but from what I've watched of Behich, he is not nearly as good.

He's playing regularly in Turkey ATM so I'd presume that's better in Ange's opinion.

I didnt rate Behich at Heart, but I didnt rate Elrich at WSW so i guess changing teams can change a player. He might be gun in turkey.

Great start. We got a little lucky with the first goal. Which meant they played for more attacking from then on. But I won't be surprised if plenty of stuff goes against us this campaign as well, as we witnessed with Kyrgyzstan's 'handy' goal. So I'll take what comes our way.

So Perth have been given a qualifying match to host. Given how these are marquee games of any kind, might be a chance to have one in Adelaide.

Would anyone else be interested in this?
