So after playing Germany we'll play Zambia in London. The second game is unconfirmed at this stage.

Fantastic!!! Could not be more deserving.

Pity he will probably be behind Franjic for RB.

Guess he could LB too though.

Bummer about the MV game.

Totally deserved, he has been brilliant. His ability to play both LB and RB is a bonus as well.

Three years ago Tarek Elrich came close to pledging his future to Lebanon, now he’s on the verge of representing Australia against the world champions.

Good read, this is a great quote:
“They took the punt,” an ever-grateful Elrich said.
“Josep (Gombau) told Valkanis it would be on his neck if it was a failure, but credit to Josep he told Valkanis and Petrillo it was a great decision."

Elrich should get a run against Macedonia. I think he can do better than Davidson or even Franjic.

Very. We should have Sainsbury and Luongo fit for Macedonia.

MKD 0-0 AUS

Elrich is in the right place to intercept and head away at the back post for Australia.
Important.
He is looking confident at right back.
