If he comes back to the HAL, I would rather him over Burns.

Purely because he is a great leader and a club legend.
Agree.

Personally, after the way he left the club in the lurch with his departure deep into pre-season and obviously causing a change in recruiting plans, I wouldn't be welcoming him back in a hurry.

Signing at the end of July is not "deep into pre-season"

Gave us 9 weeks to find a replacement.

That's the entire off-season of the EPL.

Trent Sainsbury to Inter Milan on loan?!

My dream has finally come true, an Australian playing for my boyhood club. Although playing is probably a pretty loose term.

He must be there to play or at minimum a back up on the bench as he is on loan, inter get nothing out of having him on loan without him playing.

If they paid a transfer fee for him id expect him out on loan immediately to switzerland or serie b.

*cough* inter is in danger of finishing behind atalanta hehe *cough*

Is Sainsbury's loan only because the two clubs have the same owners and something to do with the rule changes in China?

With the huge benches in Italy being named on one and actually being a chance of playing could be two different things. I doubt he will play a game and he probably will not play for Jiangsu either.

That is my understanding.

Jurman off to Al-Ittihad and Degenek from Yokohama F, Marinos to Red Star Belgrade (seems an odd move, wonder what Ange had to say?). I wonder if Gersbach will get a permanent move to Lens?

Red Star Belgrade makes perfect sense, he was born in Croatia as part of the Serbian community and then went to his family to Serbia at 1 year and lived there until he was 6. He played youth football for Serbia and he almost certainly has family there.

Red Star Belgrade are the biggest club in Serbia and will be part of Champions League qualifiers. Nothing odd about it at all.

Ben Folami is probaby the OS Aussie which I am most interested in, it will be interesting to see how much of a chance he gets for Ipswitch.

Ben Garuccio scored a sweet free kick on the weekend. It still may have been a cross though ;)

Looks like Sainsbury's off to QPR. He is EPL level, however at least at QPR he will have regular football.

Arzani off to Celtic? It still doesn't appear to be confirmed however I understood the other potential loan move was to PSV which I would imagine would be a better fit than the SPL. Still, Rogic seems to have thrived there.

Got that wrong, it now appears it is Sainsbury going to PSV. He should do well there.
