Australia has a tough group with Korea being part of it. Groups B and C will be very tight IMO.

Very sad reading the games that are being played in massive stadiums like Brisbane and Sydney. When these games would be perfect for Hindmarsh. I would be surprised if all the non socceroos games at Brisbane combined crowd would fill it in one go.

Still looking very much forward to this tournament. I really think if we have a decent enough WC and the young squad members come through well. We could be a chance to take out the tournament which would be something amazing to build on for the game.

A tough group indeed which should create some real interest in the group games.

I believe the stadiums are an AFC requirement, and you never know the draw before-hand. Still I tend to agree, Hindmarsh and Blue Tongue make more sense than Homebush for many of these games.

I heard for the last Asian Cup a number of games that stuggled to sell out a lot of tickets were given away free. Even to the extent that they gave so many away that people who paid that showed up late could no longer get in!
