I wasn't really sure where to put this but its an interesting read from a man with a view from the outside and a right to comment on it.

The title of the article is misleading. The problem is with administrators/management more than the quality of coaches. It's pretty obvious to see when Australia exports coaches in many sports (cricket most obviously) that are superior to the ones employed to coach national or representative teams.
