Not on foxtel or SBS, hopefully can get a highlights vid from each game at least.

So it will be televised? Should be able to get a stream if at least someone is filming the thing.

Me tooI'm Geo blocked on the SBS live stream.
Is there a way to change your location?
Sounds like a lousy game though, 0-0 75 mins.
And people whinge that we lost some of our ACL spots. Hong Kong are 172nd in the world!

1-0 to Australia at full time. Emerton scored a good solo goal.
I managed to get the page to load at half time. game was pretty terrible, only the quality of the stream and the pitch were worse.

Re: Australia invited to play in East Asia Cup
Shocking personally I would be happy to see us bomb out of this tournament, just to highlight how NFI Holger has. Sadly Emmo lets him off the hook again and we all have a laugh at a positive result but disgusting performance.

Seriously what did people expect? These guys would have trained together for all of 3 sessions and played against a squad that would have had years of experience together

Re: Australia invited to play in East Asia Cup
it was a horrible show.
the pitch was worse than terrible.
hong kong looked like an amature side, and brought us down to that level.
this squad has never played together, you could see us wanting to play it on the ground and you could see the passes we were trying to make, but the poor pitch just killed it.
i think if this game was played in any a-league ground. we would have won quite comfortably

Didn't watch game but have read that Eugene made some really good saves and corny flashed a header past the post.

Re: Australia invited to play in East Asia Cup
I'm sorry I can't let them off that easy. If we were playing a side just in the top 100 I would agree but to serve up that sort of crap v a side that far below us is terrible. That should have been a training run and we made it out to be a tough defensive slog. Rogic better start next game or the last remaining molecules of respect I have for Holger will be gone.Seriously what did people expect? Re: Australia invited to play in East Asia Cup
I wouldn't have started Rogic last night. Though he handled the conditions far better than I expected when he came on which is a testament to his rapid improvement. I would have picked an actual left winger and another striker though.
I'm still concerned by the number of stupid players going around. The conditions were horrible, but you'd think they'd realise after the first 10 failed passes that a short-passing game will not work on a mud-pitch that has been spray painted green
