Welp, all good things and not so good things and bad things must come to an end. As of last Tuesday Im back in Radelaide. Got to my first port home game on friday, was delightful.
Anyway, whats there to do in Adelaide? Whats changed? I really wanna play some football in summer, are there any leagues around?
Best thing about it all is that I dont have to wake up at 5am to watch the games anymore! Ill be buying my membership ASAP!

Re: Back in Rads
Welcome back, not sure how long you've been gone for but if you've already seen the Oval all you need to do is drive both ways on the southern expressway and you've caught up on everything thats happened in the last 2-3 years.
Gourmet burgers and food trucks are the new hip Adelaide thing.
Every single major road is undergoing excruciating roadworks.
As far as summer football goes I have no idea but would love to hear of any social teams needing a below average player to kick about. Maybe we should start a WATRs team? Haha.

Welcome back! The one thing I noticed that changed in Adelaide was the bar scene. There has been a number of great new places pop up lately. Peel St. is a great place to start.
Time to Djbate!

Victoria Square is looking good too.
Also the south road overpass is finished.
I left Adelaide in 2008 and returned last year and have had a lot of fun since returning.

Can't believe they're not moving the substation now (to save money). That means the intersection will be narrower, meaning no right turn from South Road onto Port Rd!The sth rd underpass is now in its very early stages at port rd.
Not looking forward to that one!!
