I celebrated with a Brooklyn Sorachi Ace! Very good!

I just cracked my new brew. Similar to Mexicali dark. Very happy with the result!

I've kept a spread sheet of my costs-estimated beer costs.

Basically I value my beer on what I would have paid if I went to Dan's to buy something similar.
In the 8 months since I've started brewing again I'm about $600 up. That includes buying extra equipment and everything. Its so worthwhile!

Nice ...! As soon as we're back in our own place with a bit of space I'm keen to give brewing a crack. Do you go with kits or brew with grain Stuckey?

I have bottled my 2014 grenache/shiraz ... not too sure about it.. i guess if i'm being kind i could say it's a decent 'food wine'

Still on the kits at this stage but I'm looking into a grain one soon. Haha food wine! Everyone's always a little bias towards their own! :)
