Mercury cinema & the Cinematheque has put on some great stuff in the past.. there's some good things coming up as well incl. Woody Allen & Bill Murray features.. would be a huge shame if Adelaide were to lose this.

From the comments in that thread it seems the situation is less dire than the headline implies. But I can highly recommend the mercury cinema.
However, shame on them for not including Alternative 3 in their "70s Conspiracy film" season. Granted it was made for television, but it's still better than anything else in the list.
