Poker
Does anyone here play poker? I caught the buzz back in the day and havent played for a while, just topped up my PokerStars account - 'bunyini' if anyone wants to have a friendly game. There is the ability to create home games and home leagues, could start up a WATR league if anyone is interested in the game!

I really enjoy poker, but don't have the time really. Online isn't as much fun as IRL but I occasionally play it on Facebook as you can do so without the need for any actual cash commitment.

Sunday afternoon playing poker ( manila ) with the boys,( only when West Adelaide Hellas were playing away in the old NSL, of course),
the winners would shout fish and chips for dinner and then we'd all settle in for the Sunday night movie...

Blackjack is a great way to make money - but also lose it. I am by far and away the best blackjack player out of the people I know.

Yeah, but if you play it right you should win far more than you lose...Blackjack is a great way to make money - but also lose it.

Too many people seem to think that it is a game for chasing a win. It is all about consistent small gains - there is no 'fast buck' in blackjack.

turned 40 into 1000 with a combination of poker and blackjack at the casino the night before I moved to Port Lincoln. Therefore I am the best and the countless losses probably tripling that amount are irrelevant.

Probably by playing cautiously, have sen lots of people flush their stake down the toilet on blackjack by going for the 'big score!' which doesn't exist.
