How did you reduce the size of this picture?Also this is encouraging but I'm staying reserved on this until I see a pic of him training

That's a trade secret 
It's pretty simple, if you look at the url of images from the FFA websites you'll see that they have a w=<number value>. This is the width of the rendered image.
Note this only works with images from the FFA websites.
