Please remove the preview of new posts when making a post. It is very annoying when trying to make posts in a match thread when lots of people might be trying to post at the same time. I have not seen it on other forums and I do not think it adds anything at all.

I am not sure if this can be turned off in control panel somewhere in your forum settings Scott? I had a quick look but couldn't find anything but I never notice this problem when posting - think that may be because I use Tapatalk (iPhone app) however.

Hi Scott, I'm afraid there is not much we can do about it at the moment.

Mcjules is planning a major update of the forum over the off season so we will see what happens then.

So for the time being, when it happens during the Match Day Jamboree!!!©, you'll just need to hit submit again.

Further to my earlier post, if you have an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet or even windows phone or tablet, but if you do you can download an application called "Tapatalk" which is a free forum viewer that is compatible with WATR.

When posting on this application, there is no "preview" option as you mentioned - you simply submit once and you're done.

Edit: apparently you can also get it on windows 8.1.

Yes, It drives one crazy in the Jamboree.

Sorry everyone, there's a multitude of settings I can tweak but there isn't one to turn this feature off

Thanks Chilly. Yep I had read all those, problem is they're all quite old and the software has been updated a lot since then.

Good news is I did find where the setting is now and have turned it off

Clicking a checkbox is hardly brilliant, though this thing was nested pretty deep in the config.

Will have to wait until tonight to see if the change has made a difference.

Okay it wasn't brilliant, you are just too lazy to actually find it sooner, took you 2 and half years to get off your backside and do something about it.
