just noticed the events calendar with our fixtures on it. love it. great idea! great feature! same as the general fixtures page, good idea. calendar is missing the Jan 9th clash against MV though.

really looking forward to checking out the podcast too.

if this place is promoted appropriately, and developed as positive as it's started, i can see your ideas taking off and becoming a bench mark for all other clubs.

i am not personally aware of any other A-League clubs that have a fan site at this level of professionalism. well in.

EDIT: just gonna note that when a new page loads e.g. a topic after i post or when i 'jump to' a sub forum via the drop bar at the bottom of a topic. so when the page loads it's on the red bar saying 'birthdays', so u must scroll up to see the content. very minor but thought i'd mention it.

Hiya Nash,

Thanks very much for the kind words. I'm really glad this site has so far had a positive impact on the Adelaide Unite Community - After all, this is the sole reason it was built.

Re: the event calendar - The calendar syncs with a Google Calendar, allowing us to send invites via email to people and if they have a Google Calendar they can rsvp to the event.

Once we have an "Event Organiser", which will hopefully be soon, the idea will be to add a new section to the website in which we can create new events and integrate travel packages for travelling fans. This will also talk to the Calendar and hopefully make it easier for more fans to travel.

Re: Podcasts, this isn't too far away, we're just awaiting the delivery of some studio mics and we'll get going, so stay tuned!

I'll take a look into the minor issue you've reported when I get around to it.

Thanks for the feedback!

Cheers,

Shane.

You should be able to use standard BBC in sigs, why no bold or italics etc?

When you edit your signature, untick the "Disable BBCode" check box before saving your signature and your BBCode should appear in your signature.

Can you please try this?

Got any ideas about how I can run this site using IE6? Work only has this browser and so far the page doesn't work well with it.

When I first looked at this page on my phone I think there was a mob friendly page which I turned off somehow. Can I turn it back on?

Cheers. Great site by the way

It should work? Did you click "Remember me" when logging in?

It works on the forum, but no on the home page...
