Milan 5-4 over parma, what a game!

Inter 7-nil over parma

chievo 1-0 over Napoli upset

Atalanta 2-1 Cagliari, i watched most of this game ( my internet was dodgy last night ) Atalanta really did not deserve this despite being 2 nil up.

Although even when Atalanta win they tend to play uninspiring opportunistic football at the best of times IMO.

Certainly some crazy scorelines overnight!

Watched the Napoli game. They are struggling a bit right now :( Chievo goalkeeper pulled off some amazing saves though (especially the Higuain penalty).

That Milan v Parma was a cracker. Had everything :)

Roma did what we needed to do, should have won by more but 3pts is 3pts.

That Juve-Roma game was crazy. Despite all the controversy, it was a really entertaining match. These two will go toe to toe all season for the title.

Happy to see Napoli are finally starting to hit some form.

Yep feel aggrieved as I think we deserved a draw but it was a great spectacle!

If life, as Al Pacino told us in Any Given Sunday, is a game of inches, then Italian football remains a game of centimetres. Gianluca Rocchi could have done with that ruler (or better yet, advanced satellite imagery) at Juventus Stadium this weekend, in a match that would be utterly defined by his refereeing decisions.

Speaking of stats, Juve and Roma both have a 7-1-1 record so far with 16 scored and 4 conceded. They can't be split!

Napoli just can't get it going atm, very streaky still :x

One thing that has me scratching my head is 2nd generation italian australians who's heritage is Calabrese but support Inter or Juventus .

The best one ive heard is a guy tell me he is is part sicilian and supports Juventus......its hard enough to get a sicilian to even admit he is italian let alone support juve
Even Italians can be a bit like this tbh. I had dinner with some guys a couple of months back who were visiting Qatar from Italy (east coast - not far from San Marino) and all of them supported Juventus. All of them.

Think every club in Italy is geographically closer than Juve are.

Same in England too. My family club has basically fuck all supporters because all the young kids from the town follow Manchester United or Leeds.

And how many Liverpool fans are there all over England?

Watched both the Rome Derby and the Napoli vs Juve game.

Two high quality and entertaining games. That Totti selfie celebration was epic  his two goals weren't bad either

Disappointed that Napoli lost, but hard to stop Juve when Pogba and Vidal scoring brilliant goals like they did.
