Don't watch the Bundesliga much, but happened to be night shift so watched the whike game.

He played very well. Did his defensive duties well (minus the miss communication that lead to the goal). Bayern couldn't handle him at times. Was great to see.

I get the feeling he is going to have a day out against the Saudis, less so the Japanese.
