the whole WC voting scandal aside, FIFA continually show that they are an organisation that needs massive shake ups.

EDIT:

that 95% of foul throws are just played on.

that benefit of doubt is not given to the attacking team with tough/close off side calls.

Offside calls are my biggest beef as well. Being on the shoulder of a player means on their shoulder, not behind them. Also WTF do linesmen not understand that if they are onside when the pass is played they are still onside when they lose their defender if they do so before the ball passes that defender.

The off side rule and all the "bullshit" that comes with it is one of the great things about the game.

A cat and mouse spiel between the attackers and the defenders.
