Starting the year in 4th place and unbeaten in 11 games, better than I thought we would do.
On live on Fox tonight against Boro

1-1 with Boro, injury time equaliser to Becchio
Not very incouraging performance, we huffed and puffed a lot in the second half but could not finish.
Ross McCormack had Pantelis disease a lot of pointles running around and and shooting at goal, unfortunatly the goals were'nt anywhere near where he was shooting!
At least its 12 games unbeaten and we face the last team we lost to back in Novemeber in Cardiff on Tuesday.
The only consulation is we play better away than we do at home this season, and we surely can't do worse than the last result against cardiff.
Le Arse in the FA cup next weekend, will the Voyeur put out a full strength side is the question?

How is Neil Kilkenny doing so far? I've been an advocate for some time for him to be in the Socceroos squad, which has happened.

Yeah we got beat this morning, 2-1 vs Cardiff, hopefully we can bounce back but we really need to sort out our shoddy defence which is the worst in the league, if we even had an average defence we'd be shoe-ins for promotion with the amount of goals we're scoring.

Regardless though, we're 5th and 2 points off of 2nd, not bad considering we were supposed to having a consolidation season, that said the Championship is an incredibly close league a couple of wins there and a couple of losses the other way can throw you all over the place.

A playoff finish this season would be really superb.

Oh and to answer David, Kilkenny has been a creative force in midfield, he does the simple attacking things really well, picking passes and threading through players making runs. He's hardly a general though so you really need to play him aside a "get stuck in player" such as Johnny Howson.
