Newcastle sack Hughton

A shock? They're newly promoted and mid-table in one of the most even seasons of English top flight football for about half a generation, and let's face it, Newcastle's squad isn't anything flash.

This IS Newcastle United, so nothing should surprise anybody!

They've gone five games without a win and Hughton has no top flight experience - Hell, no real managerial experience before starting with the Toon last season. They've stated their desire for someone with strong experience and I take it that, after recent games, they were worried Hughton wouldn't be able to maintain a mid-table position. That would be their goal, after all.

It wouldn't surprise me if they still had delusions of qualifying for the champions league FFS. He brought them up he will keep them up this has to be easily the most retarded decision so far this season.

Newcastle sacking a manager? Barely newsworthy
When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome instead. True Story.

NUFC going about their normal aim of being idiotic, seriously how do their supporters cope with what a basket case their club is?

NUFC or the fool that owns the club?

So Mike Ashley has now seen off five managers in just under three years as the owner of Newcastle United. Perhaps he is in a race with Milan Mandaric, who went through six managers in his three-and-a-half years at Leicester City. These people are a disgrace to football.

Chaos and mismanagement is nothing new at St James Park. They've been relegated a few times before their most recent one, and haven't won a major trophy since 1969. Several clubs have won more in the time since, so a lot of the hype is more myth than substance.
