Acl this year seems to have a bit more hype to it.

Possibly because for the first time 2 of our competing clubs are still dominating and playing probably some of the best football ever in the aleague.

Unlucky goal for Brissy.
Hint of offside, GK saves into a defender who knocks it into the attackers path.

Imo the aleague should be quite proud of roar!!

Yes they are losing, but this is the first aussie club to play acl and play their game , play to win and not park the bus and sneak a lucky goal. They really have not done to badly imo

Its another step in the aleague evolutiom

As a Inter Milan fan I can say that I would much rather good results over nice style. Beating Barca in the UCL the way we did proved that to me. Sure it would be wonderful to play a team off the park but the only stat the really matters is that you score more then your opponent.

This Brisbane performance reminds me a lot of the Australian under age sides. Nice build up but nothing in the final third, and very little composure.
How do we fix this!?

The upsets seem to be confined to our group thus far :D . The 2nd half of Day 1 commences this evening.
