A couple of tough groups there, particularly Group B and Group H. However as this year showed, no club can relax in this competition.

Sydney have what should be a pretty even draw. Their biggest challenge is probably Suwon, unless Nagoya/Kashima are their Japanese opponent. Shanghai won't be a pushover, either, but they won't have as impressive a squad as the last couple of years (losing Ryan Griffiths, for one).
I don't see it being pretty for Sydney in their current form.

As for Melbourne, can't see past them placing third.
Jeju have proven to be a strong side and the biggest problem they face right now is possibly losing a few key players.
Gamba have injected quite a lot of youth into the side over the last two seasons, some of their players are back in top form (i.e. Yasuda) and the only thing that would stop them from topping the group is their own will to succeed in the tournament. Most Japanese clubs don't take the ACL seriously yet and just focus on their already-heavy domestic schedule, but having already won it in the past, they might look to continue that success.

Personally I think that a full strength MV taking the comp seriously will do well, SFC need to plug some massive massive gaps in their squad to achieve anything which is why I think they are in for a tougher time. But who knows at the end of the day?
