Was keen as to attend and take the kids until I saw the froecast of 41 and a minimum of 26, so it will be baking by the time the ladies take the field and will still be hot at 7:15. Its really disapointing that we missed all the early season home games and now are catching up over the hottest months.

Anyway, kids dont like hot games and neither do I, so will watch from home.

Should win if we are serious this season.

I had this pencilled in to attend. Sadly I’m of an age where sitting in stifling heat for 2+ hours is too taxing. I feel for the players.

I’ll be away on holidays with a whole bunch of friends as usual after Christmas.
I always have to argue hard to insist on me coming back for a game. This year I’m staying put instead and will win some brownie points. Will watch online.

Ok the A League has postponed our match and Western Utds due to heat. Depending when it’s played we might experience a similar penalty to the rioting Melbourne Victory supporters - a few weeks without seeing our team.

Talk about a lame penalty. Yeah I know it’s “interim”
