We need to put our foot on the ball in the middle of midfield, but Juande and Isaias are both off.
(Mind you CV had to do something.)

Wasn't a great extra time. Got too desperate too early. Looking back on the season though, these players and Carl exceeded my expectations and we definitely grew compared to last season.
Well done reds.
On a side note, everytime Adelaide wins, Leeds lose so hopefully I can take some good out of this is about 11 hours.

We did a lot better that expected this season.
I look forward to next season whenever that is.

Can’t really complain overall was a good season.
Subs were the difference in the end, city’s improved them, ours made us worse!

Very proud of the lads tonight. Pushed City all the way and on another day it might have been ours. Clough's goal was exquisite.

I can complain and I will. Terrible end to a promising season.
You can't spend the whole season complaining that the club has been underestimated compared to the 'big clubs' and then once eliminated claim "well really it was an honour just to be close to the well-funded big city teams who deserve to be there and are our inherent superiors."
The reality was AU were 1-0 up and in the box seat. And then torpedoed the season with a bad substitution (involving a player who was a pretty bad signing in the end) instead of bringing on a like-for-like swap for an injured player.

Once all three amigos were off the park we played like headless chooks. Which doesn't bode well for next season if one retires and the other two get even slower.
