Andyjebiga crying himself to sleep after that half from Cavallo
I cry myself to sleep when there are already 2 natural south Australian left backs in the youth team (akunien and mbembe

Yet the club persists with a player that evey game is caught out of position and 90% of opposition attacks come down his side of the pitch
He was very good tonight.

Nah! Sit with us plebs. The haters gonna hate.
Ingore Jessesdad and the rest of the ham sandwich eating, Cabernet Sauvignon guzzling riff raff. Come and enjoy the prawn sandwiches and Chardonnay in the Western Stand.

Did anyone watching on TV see the foul clearly on Caletti in the first half. We were in the Northern Stand but it looked like a clear foul to us. Could have been a red. Was given nothing.
Cavallo had a couple of bad moments in the first half but he had some bloody sublime moments in the second. Thought Brook was outstanding. That boy needs a goal to help settle him down. We have some really good prospects for the finals and next year. Popa was excellent (as was Isa) and Clough really started to look like he might flourish here. Was angry to be subbed - a a good sign.
Week on week, Lopez is outstanding. What a player!

Looked the same on TV; even in the replay.

The commentators barely mentioned the tackle on Caletti, only 1 replay. I didn't think he got the ball but the commentators seemed to think the defender's only intention was to get the ball, like that makes a difference?

I usually like Simon Hill and McBreen calling our games but it was a bit of a Macarthur circle jerk tonight.

I didn't think there were too many bad performances across the pitch tonight.

First 20 we looked unsettled but after that it was all us. Caletti was probably the weakest but he was a stop-gap for the late out of D'Arrigo.

Popa looks a real prospect. So composed on the ball for a teen CB. Don't mind Isa at CB either.

Agree with the sentiment about Clough. Best game so far and he continues to grow in that role. Some silky touches. A goal or assist would also help his confidence immensely.

As others have mentioned, Brook close to best-on.

Cavallo had his best game in a long time. Interplay with Goody down the left was great to watch.

Ibusuki is unreal. Loved seeing him drop deeper to the 10 / false 9 role to pick up the ball in midfield. He spends a lot of the game feeding off scraps so I'd like to see more of that.

Nice to see Konstand back too. Will be a good squaddie and upgrade on Caletti.

Top 4 still a chance!!!

Also can we sign Hiroshi up for a couple years?

First striker we've had in as long as I can remember that not only scores regularly but doesn't break down just as often.

He can string back to back games together!!!

I know it's not a lot to ask in a professional footballer to play most games but it's something we've not had in forever.

Noticed when they were announcing the team that the lowest number in the squad last night was Isaias with the number 10. Pretty good indication of how different this team is compared to who started in round 1. Have to give credit to CV to keep the team competitive through the whole season.

Popa played well. Gotta laugh at Kasumovic's long shot. I don't know how to play FIFA so I mash buttons and shoot from a mile away. Experience will come.
Have to hand it to Caletti, he gives it his all.

A good performance all things considered. The positives were the discernable improvements in form for Cavallo, Clough and Brook. Popa also looks a potential star for the future.

The big negative is our piss poor finishing. The term "couldn't hit a barn door" comes to mind. Shooting practice all round at training this week Carl.

We were sitting right in line with this in the grandstand and it looked to me that the Bulls player put his arm across Caletti's chest and dragged him down. The only question that popped into my head was "is that a red card ?" as there wasn't much defensive cover, but low and behold not even a free kick!

Unbelievable :o :bang:

I know what you mean …. but slow and steady. Plenty of time. Keep his feet on the ground. Want him to grow into all he can be. I trust the coaches.

Also, Dukuly looks to have improved, from what little we’ve seen.

Critical win last night, and quite an energetic and clean performance.

Brook my BOG, sheer energy and drive.

Ibusuki is a real Hiro.
