Perth are genuine cellar dwellers this season but we haven’t struggled against them over the last few years, especially in Perth.
Given their vaccine mandate and a number of players under injury clouds, it would be interesting to see what kind of side we send over.

First game in front of their fans for ages and facing them with a patched up team.
I'm extremely nervous about this one

Missing 4 or 5 starters per Carl.
If we get anything from this game it will be a miracle.

Why should a vaccine mandate affect any of our team? Surely they are all up to date with jabs. Maybe it’s just those eighteen and under.

You have to have a booster in order to enter WA. I'm sure the players are double vaxxed but I assume some haven't got the booster yet.Why should a vaccine mandate affect any of our team? Surely they are all up to date with jabs. Maybe it’s just those eighteen and under.

Yeah it's a bit bemusing that a professional team would not have this covered. Why should a vaccine mandate affect any of our team? Surely they are all up to date with jabs. Maybe it’s just those eighteen and under.

All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

I’m not at all surprised… nowhere else in the country is mandating 3 shots (yet)
maybe the guys in question don’t want them

Yeah I suspect it's a personal choice rather than not being organised.

I'm as pro-vax as they come but having to have another jab mid-season particularly after a pretty heavy schedule of 3 matches on the road is not ideal for professional athletes. Having some question it is understandable (though if I was them I'd still have it).Yeah I suspect it's a personal choice rather than not being organised.

Re: RE: Re: Preview: Perth Glory v AUFC 6/3/22
I think its a recent thing. Perth have been playing the eastern state teams while based in NSW for the past couple of months. Now they can return home and we are the first team to play them in Perth but have to follow the WA guidelines and get boosters. Some players got their boosters before the ccm game which wasn't ideal, CV pointed at this being a reason for some players being flat. These 4-5 other players may not have been eligible for their boosters in time to travel- if they've had covid within a certain timeframe, have symptoms etc, they wouldn't have been able to get it in time to travel. So if it's a WA thing then the league woukd know. And the team also.
The reason the players aren't already boosted seemed to be for fitness reasons during the season?
