A couple more close range shots saved just on halftime. 1-1.

Goodwin not in the game much but scored … I’d take that again second half. (Will be disappointed not to finish off Brook’s cross at the far post.)
Brooks not seen much of the ball after that thunderbolt shot near the start.

Timotheou & Barr both strong & mistake free (knock on wood) with important blocks.
Lopez looks a bit gassed actually. I thought he was looking a little leggy in defence midweek.
Kitto chases back so well when he overcommits, been decent.

Gauci some incredible close range reaction saves, plus safe hands on crosses and shots from the edge of the area.

D’Arrigo been excellent in possession, solid in defence, but lost his man while ball watching for the equaliser.
Mauk & Clough both full blooded in defence & good with the ball. Maybe the two attack minded midfielders leaving us a little light defensively.

We’re playing alright. Looking dangerous in attack, but defending on our goal line is so hard on my heart. Need to stop Macarthur’s service from midfield.

I think the Salmon looks good paired with the red.
