It is great to see we have a player from Borroloola FC in our ranks, and a quality one at that. It does however pose the question as to what happened to our presence in the NT? There was a time we'd take a match to Alice Springs as part of the A-League regional game initiative and even had NT Government sponsorship.
Does anyone in the AUFC hierarchy understand the links between SA and the NT and the benefits that lie within? It is a difficult question as we have foreign ownership and the links are not obvious to those not from either place.
