Two weeks we’ve dismantled our effective midfield & changed formation. Last week we held on ... just. Thus week we’ve paid the price.

Bringing the Toure's on has unbalanced us again. But they're not to blame for the series of blatant misses. Gotta score when you have a chance. We don't.

So glad we played our best 45 mins in ages first half. Feel really good about it.

I know I'll get slaughtered for this but Veart's in game management is pretty ordinary.

Literally the only thing he changes in the second half is throw on a couple of strikers regardless of the scoreline.

Having said that, he's not to blame for our poor finishing.

Veart has lost us this one. Had all the momentum but got completely derailed by the formation change.

This has happened several times this year.

Just bite the bullet if you put a second Toure on then take off Halloran or Goodwin & keep our shape.

I'm not a huge fan of Carl Veart's coaching. His substitutions are either too late, ineffective or 3+ strikers on the field at the same time. He seems to have no plan B ever.
