Like an increasing number of fans, I rate Yengi, Mohammad and Al Hassan Toure as being more effective than Juric. He lacks pace and doesn't take on defenders like the young boys. He also doesn't get into the penalty area quick enough to reach crosses after quick counter attacks.

I rate the young boys, but I also rate Juric. I’m happy with him leading the line and then bring the young boys on after 70 minutes. CV leaves it until 80 minutes, and I can understand he’s backing Juric in to give him as much chance as possible to score and to build his confidence.
No complaints though from me though since Juric is scoring regularly and we’re right up the top of the ladder.

Yeah, in past years we've been crying out for someone to score as regularly as Juric. He's a class act with the ball at his feet, He is slow and he doesn't chase well or find position often enough but - as Otto says - he keeps scoring. I'm very glad we have him.
That said, I'd be rotating the strike at 60 mins or starting with Yengi and bringing Tomi on later from time to time. The young lads always take a little more time to read the game when they come on but their pace and power make a difference.
It's at the back we have issues without Jacko! And knowing who is actually doing the screening. We're getting caught out to often.
And we won't even mention Timo....no....we won't mention him.

Oh well,
