It's like the team isn't getting picked on merit.

Marrone has one bad game (which are as rare as hen's teeth for him) and gets frozen out while Abetew and Dukuly keep getting starts despite doing very little nor do they look A-League standard yet. If I were Marrone or Niyongabire, I would ask for more game time or demand to leave.

I don't mean to bag Abetew and Dukuly or say they won't make it at AL level or whatever, I just don't think it's fair that those players keep getting opportunities while others are seemingly frozen out despite offering more in their limited opportunites.

I think Marrone should start, but Abetew has acquitted himself well IMHO. Dukuly is mystifying though, I can only assume it’s a weather thing

We are back into this. Hopefully this corner is into the mixer as a slippery ball can go anywhere.

Reminds me of Kossie playing Evan Kostopolous because he was mates with the kids dad...

A team crying out for experience and one of our most experienced players can't even make the bench. Crazy. I thought he'd be the backup CB on the bench for sure. I'd love to know why, surely its not to get these kids in the shop window?
