He's been out of the game for a long time, I'm willing to give him a go. Jako is the obvious first choice still.

I think having no midfield makes it enormously difficult for the back 4. Any defence in the league will leak goals with our mids.

Bring in some players who can hold possession and screen the back four and it's a different ball game.

Gave up at 3-0. Hard to remember a time we have been worse than this.
Veart seems to have made all the better players look worse. D'Arrigo looked like a promising replacement for Isaias until this year. Halloran used to look like a star. We have no system. The days of Gombau and Amore - when we could pass the ball and had a plan - seem like another lifetime.
Macarthur simply aren't that good yet they have smashed us. If not for some great goal-line clearances we'd be looking at 9-0.
The "I want to play the youth team because they all like me" approach seems to have failed.

I think we really need to see a 5-4-1 away from home to see if we can start picking up the odd point and not destroying confidence of the youngsters.

Juric for me is not in sync with our style. He's a true European CF of the 90's, it doesn't gel with our more direct style, it seems we are incapable of slow build up.

I thought first half and second half played out almost identically (all one way traffic), but for the key difference being their plethora of chances started going in.

Been saying for weeks the team is a youth team, it’s clear as day this squad has no balance in age/experience and is going nowhere. Not with Goodwin either.
Because it lacks a midfield, has a knob as a captain and LB and defence is a shambles.

Should have been 7-0 at least tonight, not even close.
