Missed penalty killed the momentum for us. Gave them a boost and then the game petered out.

A nice team effort today. I thought Opseth had a good game with a lot of deft touches that opened up the Mariners in tight spaces.

Overall a good performance. There were some passages of sloppiness but if we limit or eradicate these, then we will be a very good side that will finish in the top 3 or 4. If we had managed to keep Isa and Goody, then we would be genuine title contenders.

Not to mention being heavily sanctioned for obliterating the salary cap

Excellent result. But equally as important another step towards gelling as a team and showing signs we might be genuine contenders.

Missing the penalty and injuries to Jako and Mile really halted our momentum but we should have had 5 or 6!
Hoping they're not too serious injuries as they both looked in a lot of pain (and both knee injuries?). Pity because Mile was playing some of his best football, and Jako had been solid af.
