Disappointed to see Halloran starting up top over Blackwood tbh.

Re: 19/20 Pre-Season
Went with my eldest son to see the game at Taperoo last night. Great ground and facilities they have out there. Bloody long way from Blackwood though!!
It was a decent hit-out and fantastic to watch the boys up close. New signings, Magree and Maria both impressed. Riley was exactly what we've been looking for in an inventive, aggressive and skilled AM. Maria looked like the energiser bunny. I'd say he'll become a favourite quickly. Fast, talented and a brilliant work-rate. Nikoli made a big impression when he came on, mind you, injecting one of the fastest players on the planet against a tiring and demoralised defence probably rubbed salt in!
Alhassan Toure played a decent amount of minutes but didn't really look like an answer to our striking needs. Halloran was everywhere.
It finished 5-0 but the last four goals were in the last 30 mins or so. Complete dominance and a good way to warm up for the FFA Cup round next week.

Re: 19/20 Pre-Season
thanks for the update Jessesdad.
I was unable to make it down for the game and was keen to know how Maria played.
I saw on twitter that Ospeth was watching on with Bruce.
I suspect his signature might be imminent.
That being said, one Norwegian twitter user claimed Ospeth was rather lazy. Not sure if that's the case, but judging by Alberg's failed trial, lets hope Ospeth can work hard. He has a rocket of a left foot from those videos.
