We are in a crap situation.
Trainer and players unsure about their futures.
A training headquarters that is not safe to train on.
Owner management that does not return calls and is ignoring the trainer.
Falling confidence.
Falling attendance.
Falling Adelaide United.
And we have the top team visiting, no doubt seeing disarray and smelling blood all around Hindmarsh.
This could get really, really ugly or it could turn into a famous win.
I think the former rather than the later I'm afraid.
Yeah, I don't see tonight as anything special. If we lose then that's pretty much what's expected. If we win that's great fun. The players will be putting in and Marco will be doing his job. The question tonight is not the ownership of the club or whether they behave well or whether Marco stays. The question tonight is are we good enough and - the perennial question - can we score any goals. Can't see a big crowd attending. Still, it'll be another beautiful night at Hindmarsh and it's live, local football. Should always remember that.
I dunno l, I had a fair melt half an hour into the Brisbane game.
Fair point that was made, it shouldn't be an issue for all concerned to do their jobs for at least 90 minutes. Mileusnic and Jakobsen back helps, I assume Lia is going to be his fellow CB.
Been umming and ahhing all day whether to go and decided after a hectic week that I'll watch this one at home. Just really disappointed at the lack of support shown to our players and coach by the club and not feeling that loving feeling.
Plus can't see us keeping up with perth who have numerous goal scorers where we have Goodwin and that is it. Unfortunately, head says Perth 3-1 (hopefully not more considering our CB pairing).
