Mileusnic was the best on ground, Izzo was fantastic and kept us in it when it looked like when we were about to throw the game away and Halloran worked his bottle and glass off last night in punishing heat. Halloran is not a natural #10, as many have noted, but noone can criticise his commitment or his workrate, which were especially commendable given the conditions. Isaias deserves to be mentioned in despatches, too; he rescued numerous errant passes and set up our second goal with a sublime through ball.
Christmas dreaming time - and slightly off topic - imagine if the ownership group offers Marco such a huge contract that he does not go to the new western Melbourne team AND they offer Bruno Fornaroli a similarly large contract? What a team we would have with Bruno at the front and Goodwin, Halloran, Mileusnic and Kitto on the wings and Isa controlling the midfield. We would be close to unstoppable.

Surprised there's such a clear top 3 in the votes so far! I thought there were plenty of excellent individual performances and very few substandard ones.
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.
