If Jacobsen isn't fit then Marrone plays central with Elsey. That's the best option we've got. Not exactly ideal though. Look how poorly it's working for WSW. Elrich is an excellent player but looks completely out of his depth.

What’s the latest. Seems very quiet on the injury update front which is usually a bad sign. Reminds me of absalonsen always being 1-2 weeks away for 27 weeks

Jakobsen was training fully last week but was "not risked" against Brizzy.
He will be lining up alongside Elsey on the weekend.

Baba needs to go in January. Regardless of whether he is back soon, he will play 0.5 to 1 game upom his return and get injured again. That's just reality for him. His body just cannot handle football anymore.

I am hoping the club is actively scouting for a replacement in the new year!

Oh scheisse...

I come home late from a function and I see the above interview regarding MV so I post the damn thing in the preview.
And now I realise what I have done.

See, never post after you have had a few... :D

My apologies.

Oh scheisse...
Hahaha! I was wondering.

At least it wss likely to be some delightful Teutonic brew and not the watery swill I consume in many a country.

Goodwin could be dropped to LB with Galloway replacing Regan.

I wonder if a back three could be put in play?

.....................Izzo
....Marrone..Elsey..Galloway
..............Lia.............Isaias
................Konstand
Kitto..........Halloran.........Goody
.......................Ilso

Although it sounds like Jakobsen will come back in. Jared Clark is another option. Featured heavily with AU's NPL side and has started all the NYL games.

I think Vince Lia has been going about his job in a thorough and professional manner.

Well done Vince Lia.
