Anyone know how ticket sales are going?
A full house will be an awesome atmosphere.

I know the first final sold out but I reckon that had a lot to do with us not having been in a final for a number of years.

Since winning that we've won the double as well so I don't think the demand will quite be there.

Still you'd expect 12k plus.

I expect a sell out honestly.

If ticket sales were down i have a feeling this ownership group would give freebies to local clubs as bianco did.

I think these guys are smart enough to understand a positive crowd experience in the final may translate to random fans attending more games in the future ( rather than penny pinching )

I wonder if sfc will fill the away bay, i hope they do! I would love a return to the aufc sfc rivalry of the past.

i've seen Sydney fans complaining about the lack of tickets allocated to them (170?) so maybe that's a sign the away bay will be full.

+1

Going to get a real good look at Sydney FC next Friday night so that will be a good indication of how we are tracking.

Sydney looked bloody clinical against WSW.

de Jong and Let Fondre seem like quality.

I then look at Baba and Ilso and think how big a gulf in class and form there is.
If Baba had his family here I think one of the best A-League players would emerge, and I think WSW could have got a bloke in the crowd to be Keeper - the guy they had between the posts was woeful, he was always 2-3 steps behind what was happening in front of him.

And the lucky player to be selected as sole striker for tomorrow's match will be........Baba?

Injured so nope.

We will go in without one. I think De Jong is out for Sydney

I think Kurz will probably use the same starting 11 as for Newcastle.

Personally i'd consider Konsta into midfield, ilso to striker and Halloran onto the wing. That would be very harsh on Strain, but I think he would be the perfect utility off the bench - at fullback where he'd still be effective in attack, attacking midfield if we needed a change up, or on the wing - he'd certainly make an impact.

That would be my plan also, i dont understand kurzs reasoning for putting halloran in the middle when its unlikely our midfield will put any through balls in for halloran where as Ilso can play with his back to goals.

We are very predictable without a big target upfront.

General Admission sold out. Gonna be pumping tomorrow, did Goodwin pull up ok after that knock on Friday?
