Disappointing. Played too desperately the whole 2nd half unfortunately.

Plenty of lowbrow blow-ins showing their class here: Reds wishing injury on a good young kid and declaring it the worst performance ever in the history of football; Bruuuuuce labels a perfomancd, which featured players trying to the very end, pathetic.

I thought we shook off the ‘pissant’ tag a while ago
Quoted for absolute truth.

Certain users seem to be absent for weeks until a striker misses a sitter or we lose and suddenly boom the same user names arrive bang on point for a whinge.

Each to their own i suppose but im willing to bet many have zero athletic background to draw experience from.

Anyways.... next week we lose 3 starters to the u23s
Actually I am on here every week just don't always post.

Also played soccer for 15 years.

Sticks and stone ghost. A few words can’t really hurt unless you let them buddy. Stop being a victim.

That was atrocious. I'm disgusted. It's not often I feel this blunt, but that was a seriously useless performance.
careful you might upset someone who does not want to hear that something is not going well.

Why don’t you three get a room at the Crowne Plaza (because that’s your budget), take a seat each, and slowly tug eachother off while presenting your genius footballing strategies to each other. I’d rather that than having to read your wank in here.

No feelings hurt here but apparently you're not allowed to criticise your team after a loss. Who knew.

Keep it in your pants, Bruuuuuce
What are you on about? How can anyone defend that performance. Honestly.
I am not going to defend that performance, it was not good enough, but it was not all bad. There was too huge mistakes by midfielders that cost goals and there was a massive lack of quality in the final third. However we controlled the midfield and the defence played very well.
It is very clear where the team is lacking, the effort and discipline are there, the creativity and quality up front is missing. The team is very different to last year when there where some players (Carrusca and Elrich most notably) were not trying a lot of the time.
Brisbane had 9 players out, away from home, with ten men for a whole half. There is no excuses for losing today. Defending the loss is ridiculous.
"I AM NOT GOING TO DEFEND THAT PERFORMANCE, IT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH"

Did you get it this time?

Yes we do lose 3 players. It is good to see our players picked for national teams,
Congratulations to Izzo, Garuccio and Blackwood on being selected to represent Australia.

You say that but still defended it by saying we controlled the midfield and defence played well... against 10 men... for a whole half.

Sydney would have put 5 past Brisbane in the second half in the same situation.

This is classic. Have a good one, fellas.

It’s so hard to get decent discourse on football. The clowns here seem to take pleasure in shitting the bed when things don’t go their way or picking on young forum members who show great football passion but don’t abide by the pissant code.

Can I get a ban please? ZANZIBAR, Reds, Bruuuuuuce and co are fucking meatheads.

I don't mind disagreements between fans, it happens. Blindly avoiding the fact that performance wasn't good enough is just stupid though.
