It is time to sack Kurz

It was a mistake to make him coach, he needs to go.

There is a real pattern emerging with Marco Kurz and his coaching stints. He had a success at Kaiserslautern for a while before that went bad.

Since then 3 very short stints as manager and then sacked.

Now here at Adelaide a good start but things have gone bad very quickly.

He seemed very good when he first arrived but it is clear that something is wrong with how he coaches team.

The side is not playing for him, we can see that with slow starts almost every game.

The game plan is poor, he encourages far too many long balls.

He seems to emphasise physical things over skill and overlooks constant failures in skill as long as the player can run all day.

I don't think he is a good coach, he is not doing a good job and he needs to sacked before he does more damage to the club. Nothing good is going to happen while he is coaching the club.

Three losses in a row, slipping down the table. Kurz does not have the answers.

Absalonsen's brilliance covered over Kurz's bad coaching, but when he comes back even he will not be able to save the season.

You've made a thoughtful post that you put time and effort into. But it's your opinion. It's an open forum so people are naturally going to offer theirs back.

I'm sure you'd be more than happy to be proven wrong on that.
I think it's been shown from a number of clubs thru a number of seasons that any HAL side that is without their top 3-5 player more often than not struggles.

I agree things need to improve and tactically the side has a lot of improving to do. But I think it's fair to expect a decent chunk of that improvement to come from star players returning.

Kurz isnt a great coach, but doesnt deserve to be sacked yet.
We dont need another Rini.
