It’s hard to understand if they want the league to be considered hard and physical show up the Aussie mentality that it’s a soft sport, but then when they give penalties that soft it shows they are just corrupt.
In any case they are damaging the league I know from personal experience sometimes those dirty challenges even if you think you are okay have done some damage. We need to protect our players.

Off topic but if the FFA want to bring in another Melb or Syd team, AU PG BR WP should threaten to pull out, its a national competition. Bring in a fare distribution of teams from all over and two divisions and let the teams who earn it play in the top league. Tired of this country and it’s Melb/ Syd bias.

My personal bias of Kurz when he first joined the club from lower division germany somehow assumed he would be more critical of the refs like muscat and arnold.

Have to hand it to him he has taken it in his stride and remained neutral, water off a ducks back. Proffesional and passionate!

IN the interview after the game he said he didn't remember anything while the huge smile on his face told everyone he remembered everything. He knows how to play it smart and get the message across without being overtly critical which is fair enough.
Adlung got the message across, accidentally, but clearly in a way that was not critical either.

I think Marco's aware of how people here treat a foreigner coming in and telling people what to do perceived or otherwise. Gombau copped it hard when he first arrived.
