Baba was extremely patient for our goal, he really waited until Cirio made his run, lots of players would have rushed a shot or put the ball blindly into the box and wasted the chance.

Given the team we have fielded and who we are playing im pleasantly surprised by the resurgance !

Credit to baba and cirio for that goal, it was by no means a gimme. Cirios intelligent run and babas awareness were key.

Without the brainfades i think we can make something of this match.

I was mainly doing baby back ribs on my off-set smoker so I reckon I will do them on the Smoky mountain to begin with.
I will also tackle legs of lamb and thick Austria sausage.
Actually i will also try Pork, Chicken and Beef at some stage!


I only received the week before Easter so today is only the second time I have fired it up because the weather was terrible here the last two weeks.
But I think I'll start a thread somewhere else and we can while away the off season talking BBQ.

I'm lucky, I have my nephew and niece downstairs and they being growing teenagers will help me eat everything up!

But I haven't made my own snags for years.
I only made my own because I wanted something that tasted like "Anglo/Australian sausages but we made too many and we could not get through them before freezer burn.
Now we have a vacuum sealing machine and that problem is largely eliminated.
My niece is now interested in making some sausages with me again.
