I would be concerned that he could not run out two games of a higher level than he usually plays with such a short turn around. Still Regan is a liability so perhaps he should have played.

It is a mistake not to have Garuccio on the field. While he is not a very consistent crosser he can put in a good cross. Put him at LB and Elrich at RW and that is about the best we could hope for with the squad we have and Isaias unavailable.
